From experience, I know that for armor, Gladiator's works great. Since the energy bonus doesn't come with the armor, you should try and put a radiant insignia on each piece. Attunement runes also work because they give 2 energy for each piece instead of 3 for the chest, 2 for leggings, etc. They're also cheaper than radiant insignias as far as I know. Often times, you'll run into enchant removal and hex spells more than physical damage when running, especially from Ascalon to Yak's. If you put an superior absorpbtion rune on the chest and leggings, that'll help. 20 base energy is hard to work with especially if you're running enchantments like Mending and Holy Veil.

For equipment, it's usually best to have an AL 16 shield with +45 health while enchanted or in a stance and reduce dmg by 2. There are a few collectors that give these ones; there's one outside of Thirsty River that'll give you a stance shield for 2 Bleached Carapaces. For a sword/axe, you'll probably want to go with one that gives +5 energy. You don't need any points in axe mastery, unless you're concerned you'll get stuck between monsters.

Try and put as many points into strength and tactics/healing prayers. The general running setup includes skills like Balanced Stance (to counter knockdown), Charge, Sprint, Holy Veil, Mending, and others depending on which campaigns you have. If you do have Nightfall though, Charging Strike is a great elite running skill, because it has a really short recharge time. Same goes for Signet of Stamina; it's like Endure Pain, but it's permanent (unless you attack).

I think that's about it. ^_^' Hope this helps, and gl running.

You seem too concerned about Physical damage with all of those Knight Insignia. You have 116 AL vs physical damage already, it will almost never be the reason you die while running. Things like degen and hexes will be. I recommend a Lieutenent's insignia somewhere in there, preferably on the helmet (you only need one!). For a runner, a Major Axe rune is a waste of valuable health. Ideally, you won't use the exact same rune and insignia setup for running as you use for fighting... but personally, I only need to swap out my helmet for the most part, so I'm not stuck with Superior Tactics and a Lieutenant's insignia all the time.

For equipment, you want a shield that gives you +health and (probably) -2 (in stance), and any one-handed weapon with +5 energy and +30hp.

For running you want to max Tactics. Strength sucks. Your self-heal is in Tactics (since you aren't using Mending, of course O_o) and so is "Charge!", "Shields Up!" and a bunch of other useful running skills.

If your looking for a basic run from Ascolon to Yak's... Then you won't really need much on ya. I would first go with Sprint and "Charge!" as the running skills since you don't have Nightfall. If you don't have at least "Charge!" then I would go for that one first. Since you are a Wammo, then I would add Smite Hex, Holy Veil, Purge Conditions, and Healing Signet for the conditions, hexes, and healing. Balanced Stance would be needed due to the Hydras I believe that are there once you leave Piken. If you have anything else left then go with "I Will Survive!" or something to help things out. "Shields Up!" is also another good one to pick as well for that type of run.

Rune Trader. Since Nightfall came out, Insignia are now the "prefix" upgrade for armor, in all campaigns.

Here is a thread on the old build.
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...d.php?t=114090

Since you don't have NF you can and alway use endure pain to raise your health points. You want maximum tactics and strength for skill like endure and sprint if you don't have charge sprint is ok just make sure you got balanced stance to prevent knockdown and yes it is best to have all radiant insignias but knights will do or even dreadnaughts. It is best to get crimson carpace shield outside of Camp Rankor to prevent aid in hexs.
It is most important to have something to remove conditions and hexes. The running is very simple other than dealing with conditions and hexes.

"I am unstoppable!", Norn shout, is great for running as it avoids/removes cripple and knockdown

There's also a dwarf skill that extends stances, which is nice for runners.

For hexes, one lieutenant's insignia is handy.

There's not a whole lot of knockdowns between Ascalon and Lion's Arch that you can't simply outrun. Namely those from the Hydra and Stone Summit Herders. For this run, waste of a skill slot to take Balanced Stance. "I Am Unstoppable!" might be nice since those Summit Rangers use Pin Down.

Here is the very first Bold Forge Runner as the PvXWiki has the updated version. This is Prophecies only skills.Bold Forge Runner 1Like I said if you don't have Charge don't worry about it as sprint will do just fine for short runs. The thing as I consider myself a pro runner is how competive it can be when it comes to pricing you have to meet or beat them not in the price but time.Running is very competive like any business.
Running sometimes is not as profitable as farming the UW or FoW for some good drops or chest farming. It is fun to run even solo. That is the Original Bold Forge Runner and it should still be in the wiki.

i think since cause i got crappy armor and i dont have nightfall or eye of the north, so i cant get skills from there, that thats the reason why im not doing so well with the droks run, cause the mind freeze is what slowing me down and getting me killed

You want to precast holy veil or we monks call it preveil and then remove it and you don't have crappy armour if you replaced your insignias and the old build is still possible but the Droks Run take a lot of skill and patients it is not to be taken lightly even I can't do it yet.

I run most all other places of the game especially the Desert and it pays the same for the tour and then there is Sanctum Cay Runs and ToA.You don't need to run Droks to make some money from running just about any other place will do.

Holy Veil will remove mind freeze and possibly remove hex can.
